They will support you based on your individual care plan that has been carefully created with your live-in care manager, offering the person-centred care you need as and when you need it. As a person ages and is battled by age related illness and diseases such as Parkinson’s and Alzheimer’s, their day-to-day activities become increasingly challenging, yet they wish to remain in the home they love, surrounded by the familiar things they hold dear. Sometimes it is not possible for close family members or relatives to provide the full-time care and attention the patient needs, and this is where a live-in care service is valuable to provide the full-time care in the comfort of your own home.
